Limited Warranty

AimVein provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of an AimVein device purchased directly from AimVein or an authorized seller. It is not transferable.

Your warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered. Please retain your order confirmation or proof of purchase for warranty verification.

Warranty Period by Model

  • AimVein Pro 2.0
Includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the delivery date.
  • AimVein Pro 3.0
Includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the delivery date.

If you purchased an extended warranty option, the additional coverage shown on your order confirmation will apply.

What This Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, AimVein will assess device failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

For an approved warranty claim, AimVein may provide, at its discretion:

  • Remote troubleshooting and technical support
  • Repair of the affected device
  • Replacement of defective parts or components
  • Replacement of the device when repair is not reasonably possible

The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue, inspection results, and availability of replacement parts or devices.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, neglect, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the operating, charging, cleaning, or maintenance instructions
  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, repair, or use of non-approved parts
  • Consumable items, including batteries and accessories, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed
  • Damage caused by external events beyond AimVein’s reasonable control
  • Products with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number

How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact AimVein before returning a device.

Email: info@aimvein.com

To help us review your request efficiently, please provide:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Device model and serial number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem, where applicable
  • Your current shipping address and contact details

Our support team may first provide troubleshooting guidance. If inspection, repair, or replacement is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Warranty Service Process

  1. Contact our support team with the required claim information.
  2. We will review the issue and confirm whether it may be covered.
  3. If needed, we will provide troubleshooting steps or return instructions.
  4. Once the device is received, our technicians will inspect and assess it.
  5. For approved claims, AimVein will arrange the appropriate repair, parts replacement, or device replacement.

Please do not send a device to AimVein without receiving return instructions from our support team.

If a Device Cannot Be Repaired

If an approved warranty issue cannot be repaired, AimVein may replace the defective device or provide an equivalent replacement model with comparable functionality.

A replacement device may be new or professionally refurbished. Where a replacement model is provided, it will continue under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase; it does not restart a new warranty term.

Out-of-Warranty Service

AimVein may still be able to assist with devices outside the warranty period.

For out-of-warranty service:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the device for inspection.
  • Our technicians will assess the issue and provide available repair options.
  • Any repair or replacement-part costs will be communicated for approval before service begins.
  • No out-of-warranty repair work will begin without the customer’s approval.
