Warranty Period

  • It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, natural disasters, or failure to follow product instructions.

2. Warranty Duration

  • The warranty is valid for one year from the date you receive the device. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty verification.

3. Warranty Service

  • If the product fails during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team promptly.
  • We will provide repair or replacement services depending on the nature of the failure.

4. Warranty Service Process

  • When contacting customer service, customers must provide the product’s serial number and purchase receipt.
  • Our customer service team will assess the issue and determine if it meets warranty conditions.
  • Once confirmed, we will create a shipping label and arrange for a courier to pick up the device.
  • Upon receiving the device, our engineers will conduct an inspection and repair it.
  • After the repairs are completed, we will send the device back to you.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accessories, and consumables (such as batteries).
  • Modifying or disassembling the product will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damages due to improper use or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Out of Warranty

1. Shipping Costs

  • For devices outside of the warranty period, the shipping costs for returning the defective product will be borne by the customer.

2. Fault Inspection

  • Our engineers will inspect the device to determine the cause of the malfunction.
  • After inspection, we will provide a detailed fault analysis report and proposed solutions.

3. Parts Replacement

  • If parts need to be replaced, the cost of those parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will inform the customer of the costs for any replacement parts in advance and will proceed with the replacement only after receiving customer confirmation.

4. Service Process

  • When contacting customer service, customers must provide the product’s serial number and a description of the fault.
  • Our engineers will diagnose the issue and provide the customer with a solution.
  • Once the customer confirms and agrees to the costs, we will proceed with the necessary repairs and parts replacement.
