For all 14-day returns, the product should be sent back intact in the original packaging, which should also be in good condition. If returned goods do not meet these requirements the refund request will not be accepted.

Refunds:

For non-quality returns and rejections, you will need to pay shipping costs. For products with quality problems you will not need to pay shipping costs.

Loss of Goods:

If your product is lost during shipping, contact your sales representative to have a new product sent to you.

Damaged Product:

If a product is damaged during shipping, send it back to us, we will pay the shipping and maintenance costs. If you are responsible for the damage, send the item back to us for maintenance. You will have to pay the shipping and maintenance costs.
