Return & Exchange Policy

AimVein offers a 14-Day 100% Money-Back Return for eligible purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your device. Return requests submitted after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

To qualify for a non-quality return, the product must be:

• Intact and in good condition  
• Returned with its original packaging  
• Returned with the original packaging in good condition  
• Sent back only after receiving return instructions from AimVein

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting AimVein and receiving return instructions.

For non-quality returns, including returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item has a confirmed quality issue, arrived damaged, or was sent incorrectly, AimVein will provide the appropriate return instructions and cover the applicable shipping and service costs.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after approval.

If you would like to exchange an item for another product or configuration, please contact AimVein before returning your original item.

To request an exchange:

1. Email info@aimvein.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange.  
2. Our team will confirm the available exchange options and provide instructions.  
3. Return the original product according to the instructions provided.  
4. Once the returned item has been received and assessed, we will arrange the next step for your exchange.

Any price difference, applicable shipping charge, or additional terms will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the item you ordered, please contact AimVein as soon as possible at info@aimvein.com.

Please include:

• A description of the issue  
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, where applicable

For confirmed quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items, AimVein will provide the appropriate solution. This may include return instructions, repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue.

If damage is caused after delivery through misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling, the customer will be responsible for applicable shipping and maintenance costs.

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact AimVein as soon as possible.

Our team will review the shipping status and assist with the appropriate resolution. Where a shipment is confirmed lost, AimVein will arrange for a replacement product to be sent.
